Information Regarding Service During This Time of Record Cold Weather
To our valued Customers:
We are working 7 days a week to address the needs of each customer due to the demand from historically low temperatures. Emergencies and heat customers with no fuel will be our number one priority. We have extra staff and are working around the clock to solve every customer’s issue.
Due to extremely high call volumes we are aware that customers cannot always reach our customer service center. We apologize for the long wait times and have set-up additional channels of communication on our website, www.paracogas.com where you can access us via the MY ACCOUNT portal and LIVE CHAT function. Remember that many of your transactions can be handled through our online portal. Customers can also email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and message us on our Facebook page at Facebook.com/Paracogas. We are monitoring all of these communication channels and responding back as quickly as we can due to the increased volume as a result of this record cold weather.
Please remember to clear a path to your tanks and know that we appreciate your business and patience during this time.
From thunderstorms, floods, and extreme heat to tornadoes, winter storms, and hurricanes, severe weather can disrupt your life and threaten your family’s or business’ safety if you are not prepared.
Having a propane backup generator is a good start – but to stay one step ahead of nature’s fury, you also need to be informed.
That’s why Paraco Gas is here for you with the resources and up-to-the-minute news you need to keep your home and family safe during a weather emergency.
Learn how to be ready for severe weather in the links below – and if a storm is coming, visit the Paraco Severe Weather Center on this website for real-time announcements and links to important safety information.
To make certain that the Paraco Gas team is able to access your propane tank, we ask that you keep your driveway and a path to your propane tank as clear as possible of snow accumulation.
Further, to safeguard that your home does not run out of propane during a storm, we ask customers to please call us at 888-323-1985 to schedule a propane delivery if your propane gas gauge reaches 25-35%. You may also schedule a delivery by logging into your account using My Account. If your home is currently set up with Tank Butler®, we will optimally and virtually schedule your next propane delivery.
